Underneath a beautiful mountain of Rumija, near the walls of old town of Bar, there is a place Turcini. In the perfect part of untouched nature, inspired by the spirit of old generations, we renovated a family house which is over 200 years old. On our property there is a waterfall, which has become the main attraction of our city. If you want to spend your vacation away from the city crowds, in contact with the beautiful nature, this could be the right place for you.

Villa Tatjana

Villa Tatjana is a two-house sea-front complex with a private infinity pool, situated in precious natural environment, one hour driving distance from Podgorica and Tivat airport. In peaceful place Utjeha, between Bar and Ulcinj, complex has a fantastic garden whith a path, that goes down to the private and public beach where you can use kayak and SUP board free of charge. Both houses are fully equipped for perfect family stay and relaxation.

Step outside and find the beach right below the villa. 🏡 With 7 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and a big private pool, it's built for large families or groups, sleeping up to 14 guests. 📌 Restaurants, a bakery, pharmacy, and supermarkets are all a 5-minute walk away, so you have everything you need close by.

The whole house is an five-room apartment with a beautiful garden around it, outdoor swimming pool, outdoor kitchen and barbecue, basketball court etc. The house is an exceptional interior with a huge living room, original paintings, fireplace, upright piano, unique dining room, a large, bright, well-equipped kitchen. There are two bathrooms, both with shower. The house is well air-conditioned. Capacity is maximum 11 persons.
