Flat easy walk along the seafront to all beaches and watersports, theatre, harbour and ferries, Abbey Sands, Dinosaur World, parks, golf, bowls, Riviera Centre and all of Torquay's major attractions and beaches. Easy walking to Preston, Paignton and Cockington Village.

A 7 minute walk to the beach with coastal paths to explore the local area! Clennon Lakes are just a stones throw away with beautiful wildlife! Local pub, local spar and garage also within walking distance! Parking for 2 cars, 25 steps to property from car park. Close to Torbay beaches, River Dart, Totnes, the South Hams villages & Dartmoor, my place is good for couples & families. Kayaks can be hired in Stoke Gabriel e.g. to canoe down to Agatha Christie's Greenway or the pub at Tuckenhay.
