The Annexe in Paignton, Devon

The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. Please let us know any dietry requirements.

Located in a quiet residential area within walking distance of Torquay Harbour, Town Centre and Wellswood, Babbacombe and St Marychurch. We are located at the top of a hill on the outskirts of the town which makes us a quiet location away from the night time noises. The surrounding areas are a leisurely walk downhill (but obviously an incline on return). We are approximately a 15 minute walk from Babbacombe Downs and a 15 - 25 minute walk into Torquay Town centre. Taxis cost approximately £7

The Pitstop - Entire guest suite by the seaside.

The Pitstop is a charming small studio room and converted garage, situated in the area of Broadsands and only a stone's throw from our coastline and beaches. We live on a lovely, quiet road. The room is fully equipped with a small kitchenette, bathroom, double bed, sofa, TV, WIFI and small secluded patio area. There is a separate entrance for our guests to make it as private as possible. Whilst not a big apartment, The Pitstop boasts everything you need for a short stay in the bay.

Welcome to our lovely house in Wellswood, Torquay. Set in a conservation area, amongst leafy walkways and quiet streets. We have a spacious, comfortable guest suite (2 rooms and ensuite shower room) with its own entrance and free parking.. It is well located, only a fifteen minute walk from the harbour / town centre and the nearest beach (Meadfoot). It is partly uphill on way back. please note the guest suite does not have a kitchen. There is a kettle, toaster and microwave.

Situated in the heart of the English Riviera, equi-distant between Paignton and Brixham town centres, (10 minutes drive to each), is a stunning, sandy beach haven called Broadsands Beach. Seaspot is an easy 5-minute stroll to this beach, which has a relaxed vibe and is surrounded by trees and greenery in every direction. The beach forms part of the South West Coast path and there are stunning walks along the headland directly from the beach and along the coastline.

Situated within the beautiful village of Stoke Gabriel. Our house is ideally located for a leisurely 15 min walk down to the village with its two pubs and café overlooking the majestic River Dart. With a short drive to Dartmoor, Agatha Christies house and the seaside, also Sandridge Barton vineyard and restaurant is close to us. Great for walking and exploring the local area with a bus stop a few minutes walk away taking you into our local towns.
