L'appartement que je vous propose se trouve au cœur d'une jolie cour paisible juste à côté de celui où je serai ce qui permets de passer des temps conviviaux si vous le souhaitez ou bien de préserver votre intimité. Detached house close to Paris/train and Disneyland

Very pleasant, recently renovated detached house situated at the bottom of the garden, quiet, 60 square meters. Benefits from a private entrance and parking, and a roof covered with grass. 5 minutes walk from the train station that, every 30 min, takes you to the centre of Paris, or to Disneyland in 20 min. Walking distance to the town centre and its shops. Close to Lagny and its farmers' market (three times a week and Sunday) and its many shops. The garden is big, common with our own house.

Mon logement est proche de Disneyland Paris (15 km), de Paris (25 km) et à 3 km de la base olympique de Vaires . Proche de tous commerces, cinémas, centre commercial et restaurants. RER A à 1,5 km (bus 220 ou 421 à 3 mn à pied du loft), autoroute A4 à proximité.. Vous apprécierez mon logement pour son style Loft, son confort, son calme, sa luminosité, son petit espace de verdure et son parking privatif sécurisé... Mon logement est parfait pour les couples et les familles avec enfants. WiFi.

Unique Apt in the Marais/Beaubourg

The perfect place to discover Paris. Our spacious 70 m2 are situated next to the famous Centre Pompidou in the city center of Paris. You can easily discover the whole town on foot, lots of sites are near-by. We are located on the first floor (no lift, but only one flight of stairs) in a pedestrian area without traffic. Sleeping is very calm. The neighborhood though is lively with lots of cafés and restaurants around. It will be a pleasure for us to provide recommendations for a happy stay!

15mn à pied du stade nautique de Vaires. Soirées festives et réceptions non autorisées. Chambre, petit salon avec canapé-lit attenant et en souplex avec accès direct par le jardin. En centre-ville, 7 mn à pied des commerces et de la gare qui vous amène à Paris en 18 mn. Accès à Disney 25mn en voiture ou par le Rer A en 45mn. In the heart of Montorgueil, in the 2nd district, on the first floor with no lift of a historic and classified building. Open plan kitchen with all the amenities, bright, 5 big windows for 48 square meters, bathroom with monsoon shower, dressing, bedroom with shutters and blinds. And 2 electric fans. There's Wi-Fi, TV with international channels, DVD/CD player. It's a very sought after area, pedestrian streets, markets, cinemas, theatre, close to everything Paris has to offer.

INFORMATION: IMPORTANT: Enter on January 1, 2026 and onAugust 1 2026 there will be a roof renovation; no work between 5 p.m. ans 8 p.m in the morning but during the day there may be noise due to the work and there will be scaffolding on the building which will no impede view and light; i have reduce the rental price by 40% to take this work into account 100 m from the Eiffel Tower , High speed internet, 6th floor , direct view on Eiffel Tower ...
