Our tiny home is ideal for Lincoln & the river Trent. In the grounds of a Grade 1 listed Church. There are archaic graves within the gardens. It’s a quick walk to the River Trent. Lincoln, Sherwood Forest, Retford & Newark are close by. It has a kitchenette suitable for basic cooking. A comfortable double bedroom & a small, lovely shower room. Smart TV & WiFi. Outside seating, fire pit/BBQ 1 dog (or 2 small). EV charging available. Food at the pub Wed-Sun 12-8, Indian restaurant not on Tuesday

The Milking Parlour, a brick barn at Moorland Farm

The Milking Parlour is a brick built barn in a quiet, rural location. The city of Lincoln is a 20 minute drive away. This barn used to be part of a milking shed. It has a vaulted roof and there are two areas: a bedroom-studio and a shower-wet room. The kitchen has a small fridge-freezer, a small induction hob and a combination microwave-grill. The wet room has a walk-in shower, toilet, sink and mirror with light, de-mister and shave socket. Outside there is a patio area with table and chairs.
