The villa is in Torre delle Stelle, a holiday destination, only 40 minutes from the capital, Cagliari and its airport. In Torre there are 2 famous beaches, one of which, Genn'e Mari, 500m from the villa, with soft sand and shallow crystal waters, safe for children. The turquoise clear waters provide excellent snorkelling and diving opportunities. 5 minutes walk from the villa, there are also 4 restaurants, 2 grocery stores, a fishmonger, 3 cafes, 3 tennis courts, basket and football pitch.

Locally you can find all necessary amenities and within 30 minutes you can reach the renowned beaches of Villasimius and Costa Rei to the East and the historical city of Cagliari and Elmas airport to the West.

Villa with private swimming pool (can be heated during April and October ) and breathtaking views, only a stroll (approx 900 m) from the beach. The villa is on two levels, consisting of 4 bedrooms (3 with sea view, 2 with direct access to the terrace area), 2 shower rooms, kitchen, living and dining room. Kitchen and living area have direct access to the veranda. The swimming pool is fenced. Further there are a built in BBQ on the pool terrace as well as an outside shower enclosure.

Villa Buongusto is independent and tastefully furnished. The house is only 300 meters from the beach. With its 10 km of white sand, Costa Rei is one of the most beautiful bays in the Mediterranean and, as the Lonely Planet guide states, even in the world. The beach is white, the water is crystal clear and the seabed is very shallow - ideal for children.
