The primary suite offers direct access to the covered patio for summer dips in the pool and evening Sunsets. The 4th bedroom is huge and could be used as a second living area. This unique place has an ambiance all its own. Located a few minute drive from historic old Mesilla and walking distance to a local coffee shop, Mexican restaurant, and a pizza restaurant. Mesilla plaza, and bars are only a few minutes drive away. The building is fully renovated with stainless steel new appliances and dual refrigerated air mini splits, one in the living room, and one in the bedroom. Please note there is a train that occasionally travels near the neighborhood.

Our guesthouse is located on historic Highway 28, also known as the Don Juan de Onate Trail, which connects El Paso and Las Cruces. It is one of the area's most scenic routes. You can find breweries, multiple wineries, and the famous Chopes restaurant and bar along the route. The highlight of the 10-mile drive from our little house in San Miguel to historic Mesilla takes you through unique canopies of pecan trees, in the largest pecan-producing county in the nation.
