Die für die Mittelmosel typische Weinkultur lässt sich durch zahlreiche Angebote und Veranstaltungen in all seinen Facetten erleben. Modern, bright and comfortable studio flat in a new building (2020). Our 43 sqm luxury studio flat "FEWO 88" is located on the Traben side of Traben-Trarbach along the Mosel river bank. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning, floor heating, ventilation system, WiFi, Smart TV, king-size boxspring bed, sofa bed, river view, and elevator. The flat has its designated parking space. The multi-family building is completely barrier-free from parking lot to the flat.

Wake up with a magnificent view of the Mosel

The apartment has a special atmosphere ... a mixture of old and new and the rooms merge into each other. You first enter the dining area and look through the bright living room with the wide view into the Eifel. Two steps down you´re entering the cozy living room with a big sofa an then you´ll find the sleeping area with double bed (160x200cm) and a stable bunk bed for children and adults. Die von 2013-2017 mit historischen Baustoffen ökologisch sanierte Ferienwohnung besteht aus 3 Zimmern, Küche und Bad für 2-3 Personen in der 1. Etage des "Alten Fährhauses". Gastfreundschaft hat in unserer Familie eine lange Tradition, das belegen die vielen Eintragungen in unsere Gästebücher aus der ganzen Welt. The Wine Quarter was built in 1937 by a family of winegrowers and was thus characterized by viticulture. Later it was then inhabited by a wine merchant. 2016 we bought the house and renovated over two years. Now we hope that you enjoy and experience the Mosel wine region in Pünderich, one of the charming places at the Middle Mosel.
