Dan y Coed means 'under the trees'. Our cottage has nestled under the wooded hillside of Tan yr Allt for 200 years. The cottage is on the outskirts of Llanidloes, a 10 minute walk to town. We pride ourselves on guest satisfaction and the cottage is equipped to a high standard. We welcome all people and well behaved pets (downstairs). Wonderfully secluded and set in 8 acres of private pasture, bordered by the River Irfon on one side and the Nant Cerdyn on the other. The property includes fishing rights on the banks of the Irfon which runs only metres from the property.
