A spacious self catering cottage that will comfortably accommodate 6 people in 3 bedrooms all with en-suite wet rooms (one with a bath and one which is accessible for the disabled person). The large comfortable open plan living area leads out to a patio and garden with panoramic views a perfect place for alfresco dining a charcoal BBQ and Fire Pit are provided. Brook View is a spacious, two bedroom, purpose built holiday home just off the A470 in Builth Wells. The bungalow is minutes away from the town centre on foot with easy access to the Royal Welsh Showground. With tasteful decoration and plentiful amenities the property really does feel like home from home. It's the ideal base for enjoying nearby beauty spots (being roughly half way between the Brecon Beacons National Park & the Elan Valley). A maximum of 2 small dogs would be very welcome.

Dolfan Barn Studio is so named because an artist once worked here, prior to that it was a cow byre. Just under a mile out of the village of Beulah the Studio is a perfect place to unwind. We think that's a pretty accurate description given its dramatic tall outline and the unusual features found in the interior. It's a peaceful, dog friendly holiday retreat in beautiful Mid Wales close to the Brecon Beacons, Llanwrtyd Wells, Elan Valley and Builth Wells. A cottage set in the idyllic Welsh countryside. The open plan kitchen/diner leads through to a seating area with wood burning stove. A separate downstairs lounge contains the original oven/stove and has a large window seat providing beautiful views across the valley. Aberdar is perfect for getting away from it all and provides a great base for walking, bird watching or exploring the picturesque counties of Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion.

HERON is a converted timber framed cabin with a contemporary, light filled design and large windows overlooking the forest. It features a spacious garden, covered decking and a wood fired hot tub. Enjoy direct access to on site walking and mountain biking trails. The shower wet room (no bath) is under cover in the main building, accessed via the veranda.
