Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Located just above Port Quin, 1 mile from Port Isaac (as the crow flys). Open plan barn conversion, spacious living area and lovely sunny outside seating area. 10 mins walk to Port Quin and the coastpath. 35 mins walk to Port Isaac on the inland footpath. 10 mins drive to the surf at Polzeath. A great base to explore either on foot or by car.

PQ1 Unique coastal off-grid cabin

Welcome to outside the box PQ. This space is a fully off grid container cabin, built by myself. The cabin faces west and south, with sea views and an abundance of natural light. You have everything you need for some serious relaxation here. Self contained with a 12v fridge, lighting and usb charge points all powered by solar panel. Pop's Place (The Annexe) is next to Carnawn and sleeps 3. It is located in the beautiful secluded cove of Port Gaverne a short 10 minute walk up the steep hill to the picturesque harbour of Port Isaac - home of fictitious Doc Martin and Fisherman's Friends. Pop's Place is a self catering annexe with private patio and parking. A few yards away is Port Gaverne beach ideal for swimming, body boarding, sailing, beach-combing. Maximum 2 DOGS a charge of £5 per day per dog. Please add to booking

Sea Glimpses Studio, Port Isaac (great location)

This gorgeous, light, airy studio flat, (which is above The Peapod with it’s own entrance) is central to Port Isaac and Port Gaverne making it easy to plan your visit. The studio flat, with a double bed, has been recently refurbushed to a high standard with a brand new kitchen and bathroom and furnishings. Step out of the door into a lovely courtyard which has two popular cafes serving delicious lunches, cream teas & crab sandwiches. Everything in Port Isaac is within walking distance.

Charming luxury en-suite Shepherd's Hut with cosy wood burner, in superb secluded farm setting but within 10 minutes drive from the beautiful North Cornish coastal villages of Port Isaac, Polzeath and Rock. The main space has a comfy double bed, kitchen area with fridge & cooking facilities, a breakfast bar and a wood burner. There is a separate bathroom with toilet, shower and wash basin. Outside is a patio area with table & chairs & a fire pit for BBQs & chilling out in the evenings.

A unique and pretty holiday home the Old Boathouse is located at the top of Port Isaac Village perfect for a romantic getaway yet within 5 minutes walk of the historic village and harbour with its quaint white washed cottages, galleries and cafes as well as Michelin star restaurants. It has the added benefit of parking and sea views over the rooftops from the mezzanine bedroom. It is very close to the South West coastal path and so is an ideal base for walking holidays. Ruan Barn is a truly special place that will sleep 4 people (there is a sofa bed in the living area which may be used by one or two extra guest by prior arrangement) . Situated in the tranquil hamlet of Treburgett and surrounded by farmland and countryside yet 15 minutes from the spectacular North Cornwall coastline, with the famous beauty spots of Port Isaac, Polzeath, Rock, Boscastle, Tintagel and Padstow all within easy reach as is Bodmin Moor with superb walks on offer.

Port Isaac harbour is an approximately 10-15 minute walk down hill and there is a Co-op which is less than a 5 minutes walk away. Stepping Stone is an ideal base for exploring the beauty of North Cornwall. The South-West Coast Path offers walkers plenty of opportunities to explore the surrounding area.
