A stone's throw from Bella Center conference venue, and metrostation, taking you into town in just 12 min. Designed by renowned Danish architect, Bjarke Ingels, you can look forward to a spacious (116 sqm) open apartment, with an abundance of natural light, an impressive view, and where comfort, quality and coziness go hand in hand. Här har du allt du behöver för ett kortare boende. Lägenheten ligger centralt på Limhamn nära till Malmö Arena (ca 4 km) och till Malmö city (ca 5 km). Här finns en dubbelsäng, en soffa, ett litet matrumsbord, pentry med kylskåp, spis med två plattor, ugn samt mikrovågsugn. I badrummet finns toalett, handfat, dusch och tvättmaskin. I lägenheten finns också en öppen spis. Det är dock inte tillåtet att elda i den men lite stämningsfulla ljus går bra att tända. Fritt Internet och stort TV-utbud.

Renoverat källarplan i gammalt hus

Vi välkomnar gäster till renoverat källarplanet som är ca 60 m2, i vår gamla villa från 1929. Det finns värmegolv, öppen spis, tv, dusch, bastu, badkar, Nespresso, micro, wifi och egen ingång genom carport och verkstad. Obs! Inget kök. I sovrummet finns en 160 cm säng och i tv-rummet en bäddsoffa (140 cm) Ni är välkommen att vara i trädgården som har en uteplats i hörnan. Eftersom det är trappor ner är det inte handikappvänligt. Det är gratis parkering på gatan men datumparkering.

This cozy old apartment from 1798 is placed in the middle of the old town of Copenhagen, where you find most cafes and tourist attractions, the main shopping street, parliament, New Habour, National Museum, Christiania, etc. The apartment is located on a quite street and all curtains are black, so you will have a nice sleep despite the central location and the bright Scandinavian nights.
