This self contained flat is attached to a family home but with it's own private entrance to the front and rear. It is situated in the beautiful hamlet of Bodieve which is a fantastic central location to travel to the nearby popular tourist destinations of Padstow, Rock, Polzeath and Port Isaac. The flat also enjoys being only a 15/20 minute walk into the market town of Wadebridge consisting of an array of restaurants, public houses, coffee shops, independent boutiques and the popular camel trail

The Old Dairy

You will not fail to relax in this lovely quiet hamlet. We are located on the edge of the beautiful town of Wadebridge which is a mere 15 minute walk from your accommodation. We are also close to the famous Camel Trail which leads to either Padstow/Bodmin/Poleys Bridge by bike or on foot so do feel free to bring your bikes! There are some very accessible footpaths across some beautiful countryside right on our doorstep. Most importantly there are great restaurants, cafes and pubs not far away.

Our 300 year old grade II listed Mill is set in a peaceful wooded valley location and retains many of its original features. These include the original water wheel, low doorways, beams and millstones which all set off this historical gem. The cottage is beautifully furnished with a classical elegence and features its own private terrace for alfresco eating, private gardens and stream. With easy access to the North Cornish Coast and Camel Estuary you will never be short of something to do.

It has one bedroom, an open plan living room / kitchen with a double sofa bed for 2 additional guests, if needed. Cot available on request. Chapel Amble Lodge is a newly built cabin set in the secluded garden of our family home. The lodge has its own access and front door along with small kitchenette and sitting area. The bedroom has its own en-suite shower-room. There is even a private south facing terrace from which to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet. With the nearby gem that is St kew Pub, Chapel Ample is the perfect base from which to explore local beaches, take rugged coastal walks and visit nearby Port Isaac.

Birdsong - Cosy Shepherds Hut near Camel Trail

Located adjacent to a stream, Birdsong is a place to connect with nature. Across the stream is a flood plain and view towards woods which attract an abundance of birdlife. Steps at the edge of our garden lead down to Birdsong & a secluded courtyard with fire pit. It truly is the perfect escape from it all which seems hard to believe when, only a stroll away, you’ll find grocery shops, restaurants, pubs and ever popular Camel Trail and bike hire to cycle to Padstow or inland.
