Ideally located for the South West Coast Path and the beautiful seven bays from Mawgan Porth to Padstow. Communal grounds host a table tennis room and a laundry room and log store for the wood burning stove. Parking for one car only. Dogs Welcome.

A 1 minute stroll to the local pub, The Traveller's Rest. Mawgan Porth is just a 2 minute drive, with its beautiful and dog friendly beach, another lovely pub and other great eateries and shops. Watergate Bay is only a 5 mins drive. With countryside views and some sea glimpses from the property, it is a perfect place to base yourself to explore.

Would suit small family, couple or a small group of friends for a surf/walking trip. Stunning views from the upstairs open-plan living and kitchen area with balcony for alfresco dining. Ground level has a lovely decking area with an outdoor shower (cold water), a fridge for chilled outdoor drinks and a hammock for guest use. Perfect for surfing and beach activities.

Rural Retreat outside Mawgan Porth

Little Forge is a one bedroom stone annexe attached to our home. It's in a peaceful rural location. There is a courtyard garden, gated parking (shared with us), king size bed, roll top bath, shower and fully equipped kitchen. It’s a 10 min drive to gorgeous Mawgan Porth beach, pub and shops, 15 min drive to Padstow. Please note you will need a car: shops, beaches, etc are not within walking distance. The property is not step free externally or internally. We are happy to accept one dog.

Beach Apartment, Watergate Bay, Newquay

“Surf In Surf Out”. Watergate Bay is the perfect location for surfers, families and dog walkers. The flat is newly furnished and decorated, just a few steps from the bay. We love our family holiday home and would love to share it with others. Dogs welcome. Relax, run or walk the best coastal paths Cornwall has to offer, surf massive waves, eat at Wax or Emily Scott’s, drink cocktails in Cubs (beach hut) BBQ or picnic on the beach until the sun goes down. @watergatewaves

Tregoose Old Mill is adults only and is set in the beautiful Cornish countryside minutes from Cornwall's stunning North Coast. Tregoose is a tiny tranquil rural hamlet in a hidden valley that even many locals have never heard of and yet is only 6 miles from Newquay and 12 miles from Padstow making this the perfect base to explore the beautiful county of Cornwall with its many stunning beaches, beautiful harbour towns and peaceful rolling countryside.

Accommodation for two in quiet village, thirty nine steps above the beach, with direct access onto coast path. Fantastic views, clean air and rural surroundings in a well equipped annexe. Please note we are fairly isolated with no shop but the pub has recently sold and will reopen November2025. Up date….hurrah the village pub, the Five Pilchards, a 3 minute walk away, is now open with a great menu as well!.
