The apartment will NOT accommodate 3 adults. Quiet time is 10 PM - 7 AM. Enjoy the starry nights, & beautiful cool mountain days. Designated parking area.

Pets are allowed with a $20 cleaning fee. 4 guests. Any additional guests. $10 per guest per night required. NO SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT PLEASE house was built in 1904 old but clean
