Our modern, well-equipped home sits right by the sea with breathtaking mountain views, surrounded by pristine Arctic nature. Spot reindeer, otters, moose, or even whales, and watch the Northern Lights from the porch. Steps away, enjoy a panoramic sauna by the water. A traditional BBQ hut is available as an optional rental. This is our beloved home, and many guests tell us they fall in love with it too. Few places blend comfort and wilderness like this. We never tire of it—and hope you will, too.

Dette er stedet for deg som ønsker “det lille ekstra“ under din ferie. Hytte bygd i 2023 med høy standard, gode møbler/senger og sauna! Vi gjør vårt beste for at du skal få et minnerikt og deilig opphold! Her kan du nyte stillheten og se etter nordlyset. Hytten ligger tilbaketrukket på en høyde med mørke omgivelser og utmerkede forhold for å se nordlyset. Kun 20 min i bil fra Tromsø lufthavn. Fra panoramavinduene i stua kan du nyte utsikten mot Tromsøya, fjorden og fjellene. Velutstyrt kjøkken!

Det er gode turmuligheter i nærområdet. Fra eiendommen kan man gå direkte opp på fjellet Storhaugen. Sorbmegáisá er også i nærheten. Kort vei til andre populære fjell. Vedfyrt Sauna og Grillhytte. This tiny guesthouse has the most beautiful view directly from your kitchen and sleeping room window. Since there's no street lights around, it's the perfect place to watch the Aurora and enjoy a relaxing private getaway in the Arctic. We live next door with our 6-year old son and cat. We are at work from 8:00 are at home from about 4:30pm and on weekends. Beautiful and rustic house by the sea in the countryside 1 hrs drive from the city of Tromsø. The area is great for hiking, skiing, fishing and watcing the midnight sun in the summer and aurora borealis during winter. For a fee, our guests can also book the ocean sauna hot tub facilities , with a woodfired hot-tub and sauna placed on a big outdoor deck with a fireplace and a cosy indoor chill-zone. Guests can use our 12ft rowing boat and some fishing gear for free during the summerseason.

Gamtunet - idyllic cabin - spectacular location

Gamtunet is a charming old log house with a top modern architectural extension including all commodities. The view is spectacular encompassing the Lyngen landscape from the view to the Ulsfjord to the alpine peaks of Trollvasstind, Sofiatind and the Jiehkkevárri massif. We still have lots of snow in the mountains so it looks like skiing will be good all through May at least.
