Small studio apartment in an old villa. Separate entrance. 18m2. Bathroom with shower and washing maschine. Kitchen with basic appliances. 10 min walk to city centre, 5 minutes to skiing/hiking tracks and recreational area perfect for wathcing the aurora borealis. 5 minutes walk to supermarket, 3 minutes to bus stop with connections to city centre, university, airport etc. House is currently under some renovations, however this will not affect the studio. Parking by special arrangement only.

Leiligheten ligger i nærheten av Fjellheisen/ Sherpatrappa, Ishavskatedralen, Tromsøbrua, bussforbindelser og butikk. Tromsø sentrum er 5 minutter unna med bil/ buss eller ca. 25 minutters gåtur. Busstoppet er under 100 meter fra leiligheten. Gratis parkering på tomten. Utleier bor i samme hus, men det er ulike innganger. Velkommen!
