Boligen er i naturskjønne omgivelser, slik at naturopplevelser som nordlys, fjellturer eller bare en rolig kveld rundt bålpanna på terrassen kan nytes. Egen inngang. Varmekabler i oppholdsrom. Parkering er mulig. Matbutikk og busstopp 2 min gange unna. 20 min gange til sentrum, og 15 min gange til marka. Fjellheisen er nesten nærmeste nabo. Boligen ligger sentral i Tromsdalen.
