Driftwood Gardens Guesthouse on High Rock Lake

Our home is on a 4-acre lot on High Rock Lake. The guest space is a fully furnished guesthouse above a detached storage area (15 steps). The bedroom has a king-size bed and TV, the den has a full sofa, recliner, and TV with HD antenna​ & Netflix - NO CABLE. There is a full kitchen, bath, washer/dryer​ and​ walk-in closet. There is a small deck with a ​table and chairs overlooking the lake. Guests have access to the pier, 2 kayaks, canoe, swing, firepit, grill & gardens. ​We DO have WiFi.​​

Our newly renovated 2nd floor unit has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and and open floor plan. With seating for 8 and 5 beds, you can bring the whole family comfortably. Cook dinner in the kitchen equipped with new stainless and enjoy a glass of wine out of the cooler. This unit has two porches, and both are great for your morning coffee.

We are 6 minutes from Hwy 74, 10 minutes from Downtown Asheboro and 15 minutes from the NC Zoo.

It is located in a quite secluded area near the Uwharrie National Forest, where you can enjoy loads of activities, including: Zipline, hiking trails, kayaking and off road trails. The world's largest natural habitat Zoo is located approximately 10 miles from the cabin. Downtown Asheboro is a quick 15 minute drive for shopping and dining!
