This 1928 stucco 2 bedroom house has a kitchen with breakfast nook, basement laundry and a walled private backyard with 2 cowboy tubs (single & group). The mineral water comes out of the ground naturally at 102 degrees for your soaking pleasure .

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway with your own hotsprings access. This home is one of the original healing centers in Truth or Consequences. As you enter the front door, you will see how the old and new combine to provide you with an oasis for your family or group. The Happy Place at the Butte is the closest air bnb to the entrance to the state park. Less than 1 mile to the entrance into Elephant Butte Lake. Plenty of room for parking a large boat, side by side and horse trailers. Enjoy the beautiful view of Turtleback Mountain from all areas of the home and incredible sunsets.
