The cottage boasts cathedral ceilings and open-plan living giving a sense of spaciousness with the purr of the ocean in the background creating a relaxed your on-holiday feel. Timber floors throughout, fully equipped kitchen and stylish furnishings complete the picture. Unique & interesting art work adorn the walls. Entertain on the wraparound verandas, or just sit back and relax with a good book. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, spacious bedroom, modern bathroom and laundry, comfortable loungeroom and wrap around verandas to entertain on or while away a lazy afternoon. Leanne or Jeff will be available at any time to answer questions and make your stay an enjoyable one. In most cases greeting you on arrival Walk just 2 minutes to reach pristine Shelly and Angel beaches, with many coffee and dining options also only a stone’s throw away. These include local hangout Belle General, The Surf Club by the water, and the coffee and food cart at Flat Rock. The Ballina Byron Gateway Airport is 10 minutes away so very accessible for fly in guests. Regular bus services to town, Byron Bay & Lennox with a bus stop only minutes away. Complimentary use of bikes is available to enjoy the numerous coastal bike & walking paths. A car is recommended to take full advantage of all the area has to offer. Walk just 2 minutes to reach pristine Shelly and Angel beaches, with many coffee and dining options also only a stone’s throw away. These include local hangout Belle General, The Surf Club by the water, and the coffee and food cart at Flat Rock. The cottage is located next to world-class coastal walking and bike tracks that showcase our magnificent coastline. Ballina's main cafes, restaurants, shops & swimming pool just 10 min walk away. Access is through a private entrance (via a roller-door) to the lobby where a key safe is situated. Silky Oak Suite - your oasis in Byron

From the moment you step through the gate, you feel the relaxed Byron vibe! It's a 2 min walk to Baz & Shaz's 'pantry', 7 mins to Suffolk village, and 15 mins to Tallow Beach. The centre of bustling Byron is a 10 min drive. The Suite has a king-sized dbl bed, ensuite, private entry, private verandah and courtyard with table and chairs, and a desk in a nook. There's a kitchen cupboard with a microwave, bar fridge, toaster, kettle and crockery suitable for breakfasts and managing takeaway.

Tranquil in Alstonville (self-contained house)

Self-contained granny flat located in Alstonville. Only 10 mins from Ballina, 15 mins from Lennox Head, 20 mins from Lismore & 25 mins from Byron Bay. Alstonville is a great base to explore the area. The house has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in one room and zip-apart single beds in the other which can be converted into a king bed (please let us know your preferred bedding at time of booking). It also has its own driveway access offering secure off street parking. No Schoolies allowed

The Studio has just had an update in March 2025 with a completely new Bathroom fitout, updated appliances and new flooring. There is an undercover outdoor with a bbq.
