Retro inspired cottage with fun original mid-century modern to 1970's furniture and decor. Everything you might need in a home away from home is available: fast WiFi, streaming TV, luxury bedding, comfy family room, fully stocked eat-in kitchen, desk space, laundry room and bathroom with walk-in shower. Cottage has it's own private driveway with ample parking. We are a quick 30 minutes or less to downtown/UofA and shopping, hiking, restaurants & grocery stores are all within 5 minutes travel.

Located just 1 block from the prestigious 4th Ave! Enjoy this quaint historic home built in 1908. You have all the nightlife including clubs & dives. A stones throw from the Tucson Street Car & just minutes from Downtown & the University of Arizona. Whether you are here for business or pleasure, this is the place! This studio offers a queen size bed, Roku TV with Netflix, Wi-Fi, full kitchen with appliances, including Keurig, refrigerator, microwave & stove.

Little House in the Desert

Tiny Home. Very private. Peaceful and quiet. Lots of land surrounding. Separate driveway And huge lot area. Dog Ok. NO CATS New, extremely comfortable Queen memory foam/gel mattress in the bedroom and brand new Queen memory foam mattress in the pull out couch. This is the perfect little HOuse in the Desert and brand new! We are available to you and very close in the main house on the other side of the property. The houses are separated by a large brick wall.

Spacious and bright one-bedroom guesthouse located on a unique ¾ acre property near the U of A. Concrete floors and counters, skylights, and yard art add to the charm of this quiet getaway. Guesthouse is fully equipped (full kitchen, full bath) and set up to allow you plenty of privacy. Easy access to Tucson’s entertainment district – Main Gate Square, 4th Avenue, Downtown – and walking distance to restaurants and parks. Parking is off-street and very secure.
