The villa is located at the rear of the main house. Separate side access passed the pool. Villa1: Currently this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom + study villa is permanently occupied by an onsite manager. Villa2: Is a well appointed two bedroom modern, bright, open plan holiday villa, with all the conveniences provided for your holiday. The villa is located at the rear of the block. As you make you way through the tropical gardens at the front and past the tranquil pool setting your private villa awaits. Offering alfresco dining and a bbq area to enjoy, you'll feel miles away from the world. Both bedrooms are fitted with QN size beds , televisions and ceiling fans. Your private courtyard is fully fenced, so your four legged friend can relax as well. On street parking is provided. Groceries can be arranged and delivered for your arrival if required. Courtesy bus available to local venues, surfclubs and RSL's etc. Two villas located on site - onsite manger. Onsite manager Palm Beach's location is great for the pet lovers as the property is between two off-leash pet-friendly beaches at Tallebudgera and Currumbin. It is just a 5 minute walk to the CBD with restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. On street parking. Bus route 1 block away, plus national and international airport only 15minutes away. Groceries can be arranged and delivered for your arrival if required. Local airport pick-up/drop off may be available if required. Fee $20 (one way) $40 (return)

The Guest suite is part of the main house with its own private entrance and private outdoor seating area.

Luxe Surfers Paradise Beach House 50m to the beach

Luxe two bedroom, two bathroom townhouse a short 50 meter walk from the stunning Gold Coast beach of Northcliffe. Walking distance from the vibrant shopping and restaurants of both Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach, but away from the noisy hustle and bustle. Private access to the Beach House’s courtyard is straight off the street - there is no lift needed to navigate whilst juggling your suitcases and surfboards. Ask me about bringing your furbaby - prior approval required (must be under 15kg).

Main living & sleep-out have split-system A/C; 3 bedrooms have in-window A/C and ceiling fans.

This Fingal Beach House is ideally located close to the Beautiful Fingal Surf Beach and close to the fantastic fishing along the Tweed River. Fingal Head is one of the little known corners of the Tweed Coast holiday scene, quiet unspoiled beaches and the sparkling Tweed River are right on the doorstep. Fingal township is at the end of a long sand spit with the Tweed River on one side and the Pacific Ocean on the other. Please note we do not charge extra for you being able to bring your pets.

Within walking distance to shops, cafes, parks and beach. Perfect for a weekend away or for longer stays. We welcome small, non shedding dogs only up to 8kg. This property is not suitable for bigger dogs and pets.

It is on the top of the hill and always gets the breeze but there's ducted air con if you need it. The house is light and airy with antique furniture. There are views from most windows. Four bedrooms, two toilets and two showers. The large deck is great for evening drinks and BBQs.
