It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

The apartment is well equipped including everything you need for your stay. Interior is mostly covered in wood as the everything arround apartment.

Kuća je sagrađena u ljeto/jesen 2022. Okruženje RA HOUSE prepuno je prirodnih ljepota, izletišta, zanimljivih destinacija za odmor i zabavu. Od Nacionalnog parka Plitvice udaljena je svega 20 km, 10 km od starog grada Slunja s magičnim Rastokama, te 15ak km od Baraćevih Spilja.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

Our home is located in the heart of the National Park Plitvice Lakes. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet as well as special atmosphere of our wooden house. As soon as you exit our house you will be transported to the wild of the national park. Ova drvena moderna kuća sa dva odvojena apartmana, savršen je odabir za one koji putuju u paru i zele miran smjestaj u doticaju sa prirodom. Kuća je udaljena od NP Plitvicka jezera 5 min vožnje. Kuca se sastoji od dva odvojena apartmana, svaki sa vlastitiom ulazom i odvojenom terasom. Apartman ima prizemlje i spavacu sobu na katu.

U sklopu apartmana nalazi se pečenjara sa pekom, jacuzzi sa pogledom te igralište za djecu. U okolici gosti mogu uživati u raznim aktivnostima poput pješačenja i planinarenja na planinarski vrh Vodenica, te mogu posjetiti Pavlinski samostan i crkvu Rođenja Blažene Djevice Marije koji je udaljen 2km od apartmana.
