The garden studio is at the ground level of the house, it's surrounded by mature trees and lush plants. Located a few minutes walk to a public wharf with ferries to Woy Woy, local cafe and general store; a few minutes drive to the beautiful Bouddi coastal walk, restaurants and shops. You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay. We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful Wamberal Acreage and Magnolia Cottage, which is a 15 minute walk to Wamberal beach and a 5 minute drive to Terrigal Beach. This private little cottage is separate to the main house and has its own entry, driveway and parking spots and BBQ area This elegant accommodation features two serene beautiful bedrooms, one equipped with a new King Size Bed and the other with a new Queen Size Bed all with luxurious bed linen.
