Historic Tower with Views of the Lake and Countryside

Take in the stunning view over Lake Trasimeno. Nestled in the Umbrian and Tuscan countryside, in a protected area known for its natural scenic beauty, this tower built using reclaimed materials features a private garden, barbecue, and pergola. The swimming pool is open from 15 May to 30 September and it is shared with other our guests. The tower is created out of the restoration of an old abandoned stable situated in the centre of a small countryside hamlet called Sanguineto. This place takes its name from the famous bloody battle of 217 BC fought between the Roman army and the Carthaginian army (led by Hannibal). Today this area is classified as one of outstanding natural beauty, where traditional farming methods are still very much in evidence, the major crops being olives and wine grapes. The property have been luxuriously finished using traditional building methods and materials combined with the latest technology. It has its own independent liquid propane gas (LPG) central-heating system, with the boiler located outside the building, as well as its own electricity. A pergola, and a private garden giving out onto the surrounding landscape, offering a magnificent view over Lake Trasimeno, complete the building. The tower has two floors, one bedroom, a living room with kitchenette, one bathroom, private garden, and pergola. Swimming-pool. The tower and the private garden with sun loungers, barbecue, pergola with table and chairs, reserved parking space. The pool is shared with the other guests of Borgo Sanguineto. The area of Lake Trasimeno offers the opportunity to visit many medieval villages. It is also close to several historical cities, such as Siena, Perugia, Arezzo, Assisi, Cortona, Rome, and Florence. The tower has a private parking. is advisable to have a means of transport available to move.

Luminoso, delizioso e accogliente appartamento situato proprio nel cuore del centro storico di Cortona con un panorama indimenticabile: il palazzo comunale da una parte ed il lago Trasimeno e la Valdichiana dall'altra. L'appartamento è stato recentemente ristrutturato ed è composto da una sala con divano letto, una piccola cucina, una camera matrimoniale e due bagni. Nell'appartamento è disponibile WiFi, riscaldamento ed aria condizionata, lavatrice, forno, microonde, asciugacapelli e piastra.

Montemelino: Casa 6

Montemelino is a small organic farm of just over 60 hectares, located on the northern hills of Lake Trasimeno, between Umbria and Tuscany, at around 300 meters above sea level. A few kilometers from Cortona, in the province of Perugia, is an ideal location to rest but also to visit cities and villages. The recovery of old houses has taken account of the characteristic features of the place and at the same time the needs of comfort. The pool - 0.062 mls away - fits discreetly among olive trees.

Ogni dettaglio è stato curato con attenzione, mentre gli elementi originali della casa sono stati restaurati per preservarne l'autenticità. Circondati dalla natura, potrete godervi momenti di tranquillità e serenità. Casa etica in Umbria

E' un annesso di 60 mq adatto a coppie che vogliono visitare la nostra regione. Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !

L'appartamento è al primo piano di una casa singola di due piani, circondata da terreno, spazio giochi per bambini e tanto verde, è molto comodo, tranquillo e il risveglio è dato dal gallo di casa. Appartamento vicino a molti punti strategici, due km dal raccordo Siena- Perugia, 30 km da Perugia e 40 km da Siena, 20 dalla vicina Cortona e anche molto comoda per raggiungere isole e la bellissima Assisi. Rilassati con tutta la famiglia in questo alloggio tranquillo.

Casa del Passerino

Appartamento inserito all'interno di un palazzo storico di Cortona, collocabile nel 1500, con vista sulla piazza principale della città... La nostra struttura, pur condannando la guerra, si dissocia da tutti i comportamenti razzisti verso la popolazione russa e bielorussa. A Casa del Passerino le persone di queste nazionalità sono ben accette e saranno considerate alla stregua di tutte le altre. Vi aspettiamo in Toscana!

All’interno si trova un ambiente finemente arredato, due camere da letto, una cucina in muratura con piano in travertino e dotata di tutte le comodità compresa la lavastoviglie, una bella zona giorno con camino.
