Tamarind Villa

Follow a curving, palm-lined driveway to reach this impressive beachside mansion. Ideal for large gatherings, it features a spacious, sophisticated aesthetic. The balmy Turks and Caicos property is nestled onto the Smith’s Reef shoreline—a snorkeling hotspot. A scenic stroll lands you in Turtle Cove where you’ll discover upscale restaurants, luxury boutiques, and adrenaline-pumping water sports. Generously spread out over 3 levels, an eclectic mix of décor, wooden accents, sumptuous furnishings, and pops of blue establish a low-key yet elegant design scheme. Towering ceilings give way to arched doorways while French doors create a harmonious flow between the inside and outdoor living spaces. Dense tropical vegetation, with pops of bright florals, surrounds the property for a fringe of lush privacy. The nearby marina is visible from the upper level balcony; pop open a bottle of cool, crisp champagne as you recline on one of the various seating options. Seagrace

Spot tropical birds and fish around Mangrove Cay from the waterfront Seagrace. This modern Caribbean residence has a resort-worthy pool and lounge area set at the edge of the canal in the Leeward Settlement. When you’ve had enough napping in the Turks and Caicos sunshine, take the kayaks or paddleboard out to explore nearby cays or pedal the bicycles to the white sands of famed Grace Bay Beach. Let the villa’s housekeeper take care of the details while you savor the warm weather from the pool and outdoor living and dining areas, or prep just-caught seafood on the barbecue. After sunset, linger outside around the firepit or gather inside the vacation rental around the smart TV, put a favorite album on the Sonos sound system or share holiday snaps over Wi-Fi. There’s plenty of room for the whole family—or your group of friends—to catch up in the open-concept great room, which has a spacious sitting area, a dining table for 8 and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. Villa Vieux Caribe

Enjoy postcard-worthy ocean views at Villa Vieux Caribe. Set on lush grounds on the southern coast of Providenciales, the seven-bedroom stone villa has traditional stone architecture and panoramic views of Chalk Sound National Park and Caicos Banks. Snorkel just off the property’s beach in calm Taylor Bay, sunbathe on one of several decks, and retreat to private, hotel-like accommodations in the evening. The heart of the villa is its outdoor spaces, which range from a large deck to a terrace around the private pool. Steps lead from the house down to the beach, where you’ll find two private docks and two kayaks. The pool terrace even has a barbecue, wet bar and dining area, so you can enjoy the sunset over a drink and dine al-fresco. Relax in the hammock, or escape the heat thanks to the house’s ceiling fans and air conditioning. For your convenience, Wi-Fi access is available, too. Inside, Villa Vieux Caribe is light and airy, with fresh, neutral decor and high ceilings that let in the trade winds. The living room is calm, comfortable and traditional, with tile floors, cream-colored walls, dark wood and linen-toned upholstery. The kitchen has classic white beadboard cabinets and is open to the dining area, where you’ll find rustic woven rush chairs and antique pottery accents. Each of the villa’s seven bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, television and safe. There are five bedrooms with king beds, and two bedrooms with two queen beds each. Two of the suites are located on a lower level and have their own private entrance, sitting room with kitchenette and deck; one of these suites is wheelchair-accessible. Swimming, snorkeling and boating are just steps away from Villa Vieux Caribe on Taylor Bay. There’s also a beach just a 2-minute walk away. Villa Sublime

With unbeatable views of the crystal-clear ocean and sophisticated European-style furnishings, Villa Sublime truly lives up to its name. Located on the south coast of Providenciales near Silly Creek, the property has three bedrooms, with the option of a fourth, and plenty of space for up to six guests to spread out. Sunbathe around the pool or slip into the ocean via the villa’s unique grotto. Not only is Villa Sublime itself quite spacious, but its 1.5 acres of land afford stunning views of Silly Creek and sunsets over Turtle Rock. Start each day with breakfast at the covered outdoor dining area, then soak in the sunshine from the pool terrace or take the path down to the ocean for a swim. Inside, the villa has central air conditioning and other perks. Villa Sublime’s living spaces mix traditional Caribbean pieces with European touches for one-of-a-kind style. In the living room, white walls, slipcovered sofas and wicker armchairs feel cool and tropical, while a Persian-style rug, antique armoire, columns and wrought-iron accents add a sense of history. The dining room, which is open to the kitchen, has an elegant wrought-iron and glass table plus an ocean view, and the kitchen itself has fresh-feeling white cabinets and stone countertops. Each of the property’s three bedrooms has air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a television and a DVD player.
