The Caldwell House

Country living, originally built in 1938 this rustic house has all you need for a short visit or a long well needed getaway. Very spacious 2200 square-foot entire house to yourself, fire place, an outdoor fire pit, grill, & access on the property of a fully stocked Pond. Also a great place for your work crew. Full kitchen & WiFi Only 9miles outside of Tuscaloosa, Home of the University of Alabama. This house is Far from perfect, but it is an old homeplace with lots of character in a rustic feel!

Privately accessed SUITE for 1-6 guests

You'll love my place because of the location and privacy - quick access to campus and downtown without being stuck in town. My place is good for solo adventurers, families and parents visiting their students at UA. This walkout daylight basement with private access is bright and cheery, with two bedrooms, a full bath and a large well-equipped common area including a full sleeper sofa, mini-frig, microwave and coffee/tea station. Kitchen and laundry facilities are available on the main floor.
