Set on 3.2 acres of riverside land, this cozy guest suite is a quiet place to slow down, explore nature, and enjoy rural Ontario. Wake up to birds, watch the river drift by, and relax under the stars. The suite is in the lower level of my home with a private entrance so guests can come and go freely. Inside you’ll find a comfortable space to relax after exploring the area.

The apartment is located on a quiet street right beside the Trans Canada Trail and the Moira River, and a few steps from Stoco Lake. After a day of hiking, fishing or trip to the winery, wind down in front of the fireplace, or the super comfy King sized bed. There’s plenty of parking for 1-2 vehicles, including space for boat/snowmobile trailers. A cosy getaway that combines small town charm and nature, all in one!

Escape to our peaceful 3BR, 1.5BA cottage on the Moira River, set on a private ¾-acre lot. Enjoy new appliances, high-speed internet, video games, and plenty of board games. Unwind in the hot tub, screened Muskoka room, or by the propane fireplace. Outside, relax by the firepit overlooking the water and watch for deer, otters, and bald eagles. Fish off the dock, paddle with our kayaks and canoe, or hit nearby ATV/snowmobile trails. A perfect spot for year-round adventure.

Cozy private cabin for 2 with a large wood stove and a sleeping loft. There is plenty of additional space for tents/hammocks around the cabin perimeter as well, so with that we can accommodate groups up to 6 persons. The cabin is located within 17 acres of private land, however you will have free access to 95 acres of shared private land, complete with a network of marked walking/hiking trails.
