The Pool House is the perfect place to relax, explore and enjoy everything that Tugun has to offer. Newly built, this structure is detached from the family home at the front of the property. A beautiful space that is affordable and stylish with a beautiful pool view. Room includes a Queen bed, basic kitchenette, wardrobe, ensuite and shared seating areas outside and an unheated magnesium pool. A 3 min drive to the beach/Tugun Village, 8 min drive to GC airport, 9 min walk to John Flynn Hospital.

Beechmont Mountain View Chalet is a lovingly restored charming home in a beautiful secluded, peaceful location on the edge of the rainforest overlooking Lamington National Park, Mt Warning Springbrook and the Numinbah Valley. IMPORTANT: Please note this is not a party house respect the 10pm noise curfew. Please contact me if you need to discuss this. You'll have the entire upstairs of this classic Queenslander. It is on the top of the hill and always gets the breeze but there's ducted air con if you need it. The house is light and airy with antique furniture. There are views from most windows. Four bedrooms, two toilets and two showers. The large deck is great for evening drinks and BBQs.

NOT child or infant suitable. Set back from the street up a long driveway, no parking onsite so this property may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues or the elderly. Free on-street parking. 2 small friendly dogs onsite.
