The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. The space has it's own entrance, bath, bedroom, pantry area, livingroom space and full kitchen. Nestled in a quiet and friendly older neighborhood-great for walking. 3.6 miles from downtown Hendersonville, 7.5 mi. to AVL airport, 30 miles to Tryon Equestrian Center. One King bed, one daybed (twin mattress). Two cats and one tiny dog live on premises but not allowed in this space.

Beautiful one level house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen with everything you need, high speed cable and streaming tv. Playnation swing set for the kids. Fire pit ,hot tub,and two large decks to enjoy. Gas grill , outdoor patio set and very nice swing on the deck steps that lead to the stream at the lower end of the property. Just come and enjoy the beautiful area and relax outside
