The Splash Pad is a perfect getaway for families and groups. Our goal is to bring people together for quality time so we created spaces that everyone will love: the (non heated) pool, hot tub, patio, volleyball net and horse shoes, fire pit, indoor gas fireplace, and a spacious living room with a 55in TV. Spokane Retreat is great for relaxing on the back deck, by the fire pit or in the cozy living space after a day of activities in the surrounding areas. Located near the North Country Trail, Pere Marquette River and Big Star Lake with an easy drive to Ludington, Pentwater and Manistee. Nearby recreation activities include hiking, fishing, kayaking, boating, off-roading and winter snowmobiling and ice fishing. Inside a TV and fireplace create another comfortable area for relaxing at day's end.

This 1 BR/1 BA cottage sleeps 4 (with a pull-out sofa), is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen and a screened in porch for some serene down time. This home shares parking with the front Main House, as well as a shared walkway to its own gated/private courtyard.

The North Country Trail is a half mile down the road for a close place to take an adventure.

The cottage is located in walking distance of Clearbrook Golf Course and just a short drive to Oval Beach or downtown Saugatuck.
