Island Retreat: Quiet and convenient.

This beautiful studio is in a private house on one of Savannah's barrier Islands. It is 12-15 minutes drive to Downtown ( Use Uber to take advantage of downtown Savannah's open container laws) and 10 minutes to the beach at Tybee Island. The room has a small private bath with shower with rain head, a full closet, coffee maker and fridge, vanity table. Mark, co-host, is a retired local guide who can provide information if needed. Prime location for a beach getaway! Perfect for parking your car and leaving it, because the beach, pier, restaurants, shopping, and night life are just a walk away! Pelican’s Playground is located on a quite, low traffic street. It is approximately a 3 minute walk to the beach. However, you only have to walk a few steps out the door to the pool/patio area. Tybee Island is an undiscovered beach town off the coast of Georgia, and just a hop and a skip away from beautiful historic Savannah.
