Carriage House Cottage

This is a fully furnished vacation rental. It is located close to downtown Silver City in the historic district. It is perfect for a short stay or a longer term stay. It is both cozy and functional for our guests. Accommodation is intended for 4 adults or 2 adults and up to 4 children. Any adults desiring to book with more than four can do so upon request and a $20.00 per person per night fee will apply. Dogs allowed. We do charge a $20 fee per dog per stay, pay to host after check in.

Coffee shops, boutiques, new and reused furniture, army surplus, food coop, thrift stores, museums, herb store, art galleries, Gila National Forest, Leopold Wilderness, CDT, festivals and more, Too much to list.

Visit our downtown district area with local shops, restaurants, and art galleries only 3 miles away and our historic Pinos Altos where great food, hiking, and biking is happening all year around. This is high desert, 83 ranch acres on Bear Creek, beside the Gila Wilderness, a private guesthouse w/private hot tub, amazing wildlife, beautiful views, dark night skies, reasonably fast Wifi (20+mbps), Internet TV, Tempurpedic Queen + Queen with Tempurpedic top, ORGANIC breakfast fixin's to start you off in a well appointed kitchen. Propane BBQ Grill. Dog friendly (only with all vaccinations and never left alone in house), eco-friendly. This is a vacation destination.

Enjoy a brand new Casper queen bed, 55" TV, and deck, and private parking. Only a 5 minute walk from downtown Silver City. The casita is located on the back of a larger property with shade trees next to long term residents. The neighbors are quiet, respectful, and welcome the same from any AirBnB guest.

The Walton - Your home away from home - 1930s Apt

The historic Walton Apts is a Registered National Landmark that was built in the 1930s by Architect Guy L. Frazer for the Nursing students at WNMU just across the street on College Avenue. Apartment 2 is a fully-furnished one bedroom, full bath, eat-in kitchen, living room and two large closet units with high-speed WiFi internet and cable on two roku-equipped TVs The heat is central via original steam radiators. Private keyless entry. This is a quiet complex in a quiet neighborhood.

Hummingbird Haven/Casita Colibri

Quiet, cozy cottage in the beautiful Mimbres Valley, located between City of Rocks State Park and Lake Roberts. Sleeps three, or couple with two small children (1 double bed, 1 single). Pet friendly, with large shaded enclosure. Hummingbird haven from April to October. Patio with charcoal grill and a garden for seasonal picking. Fresh eggs from my chickens in the fridge in season. Cell phone service is ok if you put your phone in wifi mode; otherwise, not good. Se habla Español.

The casita is located close to town and on the edge of the extensive and stunning Gila National Forest.

Southwest Adobe Casita & Bathhouse built in the 1880's & located in Chihuahua Hill and just about 5 blocks from Historic Downtown. Enjoy having the separate bathhouse & Bedroom about 25 feet from your Dining & Living space with a nice deck and giant new Covered Front Porch for Chilling out. A monitor, printer, mouse and keyboard (USB & HDMI Connectors) are available for your use. A railing has just been added for the walk up from the parking spot to your Casita.

This tranquil getaway is perfect for hikers, mountain bikers, bird watchers or anyone wanting a relaxing escape with cool weather, wildlife and starry nights. It is only a short drive to downtown Silver City.
