We offer our spacious 100 sq.m. apartment exclusively when we're on vacation, ensuring a comfortable, modern, and well-equipped space for our guests. With a great layout, the apartment features a king-size bed, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room. It also includes a home office. Bright and thoughtfully designed, it’s the ideal place to stay. Enjoy abundant natural light through large windows fitted with adjustable shades that can be drawn for a completely dark, cozy sleeping environment.

Ruhiges und schönes Gartenzimmer

Hübsches, kleines Gartenzimmer, ruhig und unmittelbar an der Naherholungszone des Uetlibergs gelegen. Der Bahnhof ist nur drei Gehminuten entfernt und das Stadtzentrum von Zürich (Hauptbahnhof) ist per S-Bahn in maximal 15 Minuten erreichbar. Das Zimmer ist hell eingerichtet, mit Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank (keine Küche). Eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche. Lauschiger privater Aussensitzplatz sowie Parkplatz für einen Personenwagen. Bäckerei und Restaurants im Dorf.

The train station is a 5-minute walk and you reach Zurich mainstation within 14 minutes. Shopping available (Migros, Coop, etc.) in 10 minutes walk incl. restaurants nearby. - 1 bedroom with a double bed - 1 living room with a pull-out sofa - kitchen - free Wi-Fi - TV - a washing machine with dryer - coffee machine - microwave

Reise bequem mit dem Auto an (kostenloser Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür) oder nutze die hervorragende Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr (17 Minuten Fahrt zum Hauptbahnhof Zürich). Erkunde tagsüber die Schweiz, und geniesse abends den Ausblick auf den Uetliberg. Auch als Business-Appartement sehr gut geeignet.

Alhambra - close to the city and nature

Are you in Zurich for holiday or business? Alhambra is the ideal place for you to relax after an intensive day in the busy city. The apartment is located in a residential and very green area, but close to the city centre. The S10-train takes 10 min. to the main train station and you reach the airport within 25 min. Or you make a trip to the Uetliberg within 11 min. You're staying in an old house and can use the whole apartment. I would love to host you.

Das Apartment befindet sich im 4. Stockwerk und verfügt über keinen Lift.

Enjoy this beautiful modern 1-bedroom apartment with breathtaking views, in an open and nature-connected ambiance right in Zurich City. Perfect stay if you want to experience both nature and city life, with supermarkets and a bike for your use. PS: if you’re coming with your car, we do have a parking in front of the building but it’s for all residents to use freely. So I cannot guarantee that you’ll always get a free spot.

Swiss Cozy studio

The studio is 12 minutes from Central Zurich via Tram 2 and 3, bus 72 and 33 to Albisriederplatz). It used to be part of the Crowne Plaza Hotel (next door). There is a swimming pool and Fitness Gym next door (additional cost). The studio has 2 single beds which can be extended for 3 or 4 people. Brand new kitchen and full of kitchen accessaries. There is no TV and no sofa. Migros (Swiss grocery) is 1 minute walk away
