Poynton's Cottage is a beachfront property set in a large, private garden. The cottage has a protected patio where you can sit and enjoy uninterrupted views of the sea, and watch bottlenose dolphins surfing the waves. Spend your days swimming, fishing, snorkeling or picking mussels from the nearby rocks. This is one of the few quiet beaches left on the KZN North Coast and with its wonderful rock pools it is ideal for small children. For rainy days, Ballito and Umhlanga are just 10 minutes away.

One bedroomed cottage-private beach access.

My cottage is situated on the beach and is close to all amenities. 5 minutes by car to the CBD of Ballito and close to the airport. You’ll love my place because of the direct access onto the beach and I am situated above the famous Thompsons Bay Tidal pool.. My place is good for couples and business travelers. It is not suitable for small children under 5 . We also have a big dog that is very friendly but can occasionally bark. VIP Students over the Rage festival are not allowed.

You will feel miles away from everything but convenient to many shops, amenities and activities. Ideal for young families or a couples retreat.

This apartment has gorgeous sea-views from the lounge and main bedroom which both open onto the balcony. Wake up in the morning and watch the ships and dolphins go past. The main bedroom en-suite has a bath and toilet and there is a guest bathroom with shower and toilet. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds. The main bedroom and lounge open onto the balcony. Aircon in the main bedroom and lounge only . Full DSTV and Wifi included. Small invertor.
