Mtende Boutique Villa is a private modern new home located at Kiwengwa , Eastern coast of the beautiful Island of Zanzibar. it's 150m away from the beach with crystal clear sand, just a 1-minute walk to the main road, 1.8 km away from Italian Hospital and Supermarkets, just 47 km from the International Airport, and 3 minutes walk to the Tennis courts and Laundromat. Our studio suite (the entire lower floor of our home) is only a one-minute walk to beautiful Paje Beach! It consists of a very spacious air-conditioned room with comfortable beds for up to 4 people, a dining area/workspace, and a large private bathroom with hot water. There is also a well-equipped kitchenette space with a gas ring, microwave, fridge - everything needed to prepare a simple meal. The private patio has a table and chairs overlooking our pool and large enclosed tropical garden.
