Slow living on the farm. Welcome to Coop d’État Farm Retreat on Kings Mountain—set among old-growth redwoods with ocean views, a fire pit & a private hot tub. The apartment sits on our working glamping property, where chickens roam, goats graze, dogs stand guard, and our cats supervise from afar. We’re a 10-minute walk to the Purisima Open Space trail network. This cozy apartment occupies the lower floor of our home & includes a private entrance and parking, access to a shared picnic & BBQ area.

Gorgeous, comfortable two bedroom Suite

Our light-filled lower level suite has been fully remodeled (completed Feb 2019) and includes two bedrooms (up to 4 Queen beds), a large media room with a fold-out couch bed, and one full bathroom. Total space is approximately 1000 square feet with a private entrance. Amenities include all the perks of our media room and a kitchenette. We wash all linens included Duvet covers between guests. This magical garden retreat is a short hop to San Francisco. Three sun filled rooms in a 19th century train station are set above fruit trees and mini meadows with a Japanese style soaking tub for one or two. Step out to the beach, park, nature preserve, restaurants, shops and coffee houses. All within .02 miles. Take the bus or boat to downtown San Francisco (15-25 minutes) Charming on site hosts. Safe walkable neighborhood. Art filled and almost Ikea free.
