The West Wing is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath guest suite in Riverdale Park, right outside of DC. The unit is one block from bike trails, public transportation into the city and award winning restaurants like 2FiftyBBQ and Manifest Bread. With a separate entrance and private front porch to enjoy, the suite is attached to our home but is its own separate unit. Convenient location close to UMD or spacious hotel alternative for business trips or for those wanting to easily explore the sights in downtown DC.

Your stay will be in the basement apartment of our home, with your own private entrance from the back of the house and down the exterior stairwell. The apartment includes one bedroom, a full kitchen, walk in closet with washer and dryer, one full and one half bath, and lots of space for relaxing or playing, depending on whatever you need while you're in town. We are .7 miles from UMD's SECU stadium - an easy walk to events.

Shopping, restaurants, the Beltway and outdoor recreation are minutes away. Guest has use of patio with table and chairs and a large back yard to sit and enjoy in good weather.

Cozy basement unit minutes from Washington, D.C. or the University of Maryland. Within 10 minutes walk of restaurants, breweries, bike share, and rail station with direct access to Union Station. A big, fenced backyard with an outdoor table, a fire pit with wood supply, and hammock for good weather. Great base for visiting for D.C. or UMD.
