Hinter dem Haus befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, mit stündlichen Verbindungen in Richtung Lofer / Zell am See, Bad Reichenhall und Salzburg. Ein Lebensmittelgeschäft, ein öffentliches Freibad mit Sauna und Fitnesscenter, die Saalach und diverse Wanderwege befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hauses.

Unser Rosenzimmer mit Balkon und gemütlicher Sitzgelegenheit bietet außerdem einen Mini Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Kaffeepulver, Teebeutel, Wasserkocher, Geschirr für 2 Personen zum Frühstücken. Das Zimmer ist mit dem Notwendigsten ausgestattet um sich eine kleine Jause oder Frühstück zu zubereiten.

Hello and welcome to Alpegg Chalets! In 2016, we, Cornelia and Roland, fulfilled our dream in Cornelias hometown of Waidring, specifically in the quaint district of Alpegg. With meticulous attention to detail and a lot of passion, we built our Alpegg Chalets: six cozy chalets made from natural wood, ideal for hiking days, ski vacations, or relaxing wellness retreats. The Leitnerhof is located on a hill above the Surtal in the middle of a rural landscape with meadows, forests and pastures in the beautiful Chiemgau, which invites you to go hiking and cycling. The Chiemsee can be reached by car in about 20 minutes, the Waginger See in 15 minutes. Salzburg can be seen from the farm and is only 30 km away. The winter sports resorts of Ruhpolding and Inzell can both be reached in 20 minutes and the Steinplatte ski area in 35 minutes.

Overlooking the mountain, the holiday apartment "Ferienwohnung" in Ruhpolding impresses guests with its fantastic views. The 55 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms as well as 2 additional toilets and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, heating as well as a TV. An ironing board and an iron are available upon request. A high chair is also available.
