NIKA Loft ist eine stilvoll eingerichtete 70qm Dachgeschosswohnung in der Rosenheimer Innenstadt. Bei der Kernsanierung vor 5 Jahren wurde praktisch alles, bis auf die alte Dachkonstruktion die der Wohnung viel Charme und Wärme verleiht, erneuert. Die Vorteile der Wohnung sind die ruhige Lage bei gleichzeitiger Zentrums- und Bahnhofnähe (10 Gehmin.), der grosszügige Wohnraum, 1 privater Parkplatz + öffentlichen Parkplätzen vor der Tür und die Nähe zur Natur mit dem Landesgartenschaugelände.

Das Loft befindet sich in Dachau-Süd, in der Nähe des Stadtparks und der ASV Sportanlage. Geschäfte, Bahnhof und Stadtzentrum sind von dort aus zu Fuß erreichbar. Es handelt sich um eine Wohneinheit mit eigenem Eingang, die bei der Modernisierung des Dachs im Jahr 2019 neu gebaut wurde.
