On the quiet west end of the beach in a residential area, away from the heavy tourist area. About 5 miles to Pier Park shopping and restaurants. Cute, comfortable house with two bedrooms, two baths, 3 tv’s! Master bedroom has king bed and attached bath. 2nd bedroom has queen bed. Hall bath is just outside queen BR door. Large living and dining area! Lovely patio with pergola in the fully fenced back yard. A grill for your cookouts! Most dogs allowed with fee. No cats. Minimum age of renters: 25

Just a short walk to the worlds most pristine beaches, or a short walk to the lake access where you can fish off the pier and both are within 150 yards approximately. Also, you can walk/bike to shops, dinning and live music of Rosemary Beach. Gone To The Beach - Fabulous Beach House on 30A

My place is Located between Seaside and Destin in beautiful Santa Rosa Beach, Gone To The Beach is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath cottage with a tower that is part of a small neighborhood of only 75 cottage style homes called Old Florida Village, on the north side of 30A. A community pool just a few steps down a private drive makes keeping tabs on those loved ones especially convenient and beach access is a short stroll (approximately 550 yards or .3 mile).

Great attention to detail was used when decorating and remodeling this cottage.

Pool is ready and beautiful. Price is perfect. Come and enjoy your vacation. This comfortable and pretty Key West style home is steps from the Sugar sand beach with small ocean views from the leisure deck. Close to restaurants, shops and attractions.
