The Cottage on Alta Vista-so charming!

Kick back and relax after a day at the beach. Grill your dinner on the patio. Fully equipped modern kitchen. Comfy king sized beds and tv’s in both bedrooms. Outdoor shower with easy access to the bathroom. Quiet street in a residential neighborhood. Beach access is 4/10 of a mile by car but a bit shorter on foot by walking on a lovely path and bridge across the lake. Lots of shopping and great restaurants nearby! 3 1/2 miles to Frank Brown Park. Pet fee starts at $40 for 1 dog for entire stay.

Walking distance to the bay where the kids can play at the playground and fish, while your pup runs around in the dog park. In the evening, enjoy the best sunset view there is. Or cross the street to the other park, swim in the bay, fish off the pier, have a BBQ and watch the boats launch. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Two story unit with both bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. Two balconies, both with water views! Pinnacle Port is in the perfect location between Panama City and Destin. Minutes from Alyss Beach and Seaside. There’s a great functioning kitchen and relaxing living area downstairs. Dedicated workspace in living room. Wi-Fi is great and tv’s are in both bedrooms and large 75” tv on living area. Pool and facilities are amazing.

Gorgeous Bay-View Home 10 Min From Grayton Beach

Enjoy the open floor-plan that features all new furnishings. There's a large comfy couch, 65" TV, and plenty of space for friends and family. At night, the couch pulls out into a queen-size bed and the dining room cabinet also converts to a comfy queen bed.
