This beautiful family-friendly beach house is in an adorable, gated community with two pools and two parking spots in front of the home. This home sleeps 6 comfortably and features an outdoor fenced patio with a fire pit and gas grill for your family’s evening enjoyment. The home has been upgraded with Roku TVs with YouTube TV in the living room and all bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking enjoyment and features new appliances, including the washer and dryer.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. Located close to beach access in a woodsy area. Very minimal and simple design for a budget friendly stay by the beach. Small kitchenette with cooktop, coffee bar, queen sized bed and a small bathroom. There's also a small patio with chairs and a shared fenced yard. This is a unit inside of a house but has your own entrance and NO shared spaces. No one will enter your unit. your own kitchenette and bathroom.
