An entire cozy cottage with isolated yard located in Kaprovani, 450 meters from the beach. This place is for those who like tranquility and enjoy being in a quiet and green environment with sounds of birds in the morning and frogs in the evening. Also, occasionally cows and horses passing by the gravel road. There are two small grocery stores and some seasonal cafes in the area, 7 min drive to Ureki train station and fish market, 25 min drive to closest port city Poti.

You can also enjoy HEATED POOL all year. We are located 13 km from the famous magnetic sand beach, 48 km from Batumi and 87 km from Kutaisi AIRPORT.

Есть две спальни,1 ванная комната, кухня-студия, гостиная. Имеет собственный красивый огороженный сад. В доме могут разместиться максимум 5 человек.

Сдаётся домик для отдыха целиком. В доме есть всё необходимое для проживания на любой срок. Всё оборудование и спальные места (матрасы и бельё) новые. До пляжа можно добраться на такси (5 лари) или на автобусах 7 и 15 (0.5 лари за 20 минут).
