Mysig nyrenoverad källarelägenhet med egen ingång

Välkommen till en mysig och fräsch nyrenoverad källarelägenhet 25 kvm med egen ingång och självständig incheckning. Lägenheten ligger i ett lugnt villaområde. Rökning är inte tillåtet och vi som hyr ut bor i samma hus och hjälper gärna till. Rum med ny smart-TV och ny säng på 140 cm för 1-2 personer. Enkelt utrustat kök och egen toalett. Delat utrymme är dusch, tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Egen bilplats eller busshållplats 1 minut från boendet och affärer o restauranger i närheten. Välkommen

Trevlig lägenhet med egen ingång i en villa. Modernt kök, badrum med dusch och tvättmaskin. Precis utanför dörren finns en liten uteplats med trevlig utsikt över dalen ned mot Sävedalen. Eget gäst-wifi ingår liksom tv samt ett ljudsystem från Sonos. En promenad på ca 5-10 minuter tar dig ner till Sävedalens köpgata med olika butiker och ett flertal restauranger. På ungefär samma tid tar du dig till busshållplats för vidare färd mot Göteborg. En taxi till centrala Göteborg kostar ca 150-300 kr

Centralt beläget boende. Privat boende med egen ingång och egen dusch och toalett. Enkelt kök med allt man behöver. Bla kaffebryggare, micro, liten spis/ugn, husgeråd, glas och porslin. Samt kyl/frys mm En dubbelsäng 180cm samt en bäddsoffa 140cm. Lakan och handdukar ingår. Bussen tar dig till centrala stan på ca 10 minuter. Busshållplats 3min från bostaden. En kort promenad bort även spårvagn. Vagn 1 till centralen och vagn 5 tar er till Liseberg utan byte. Tillgång till trädgård med grill.

Övre Järkholmen

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med utsikt som sträcker sig över hela askimsfjorden ända ut till Tistlarna. Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. Calm living in Göteborg

The basement apartment, for you to rent, is a part of our house. It is close(200 m) to a bus stop and the city centre is 15 minutes away(by bus). Our house is close(800 m) to Kviberg multisport center. You can go skiing in the middle of summer in Skidome at the "Prioritet Serneke Arena". We offer a calm living in a Villa area. My family consists of me and my wife and our two cildren. Noise from children is OK for us around the clock, but it is no good for party life.- Welcome!

Bus stops nearby with good connections to town

Welcome to a private studio in Scandinavian style in a quiet area with its own entrance, 140 cm wide continental bed and a large bathroom in the east part of Gothenburg. Good communications by bus or bicycle. Free wifi, new furniture, fridge, considerable facilities, and flexible check-in 24h. The studio is located in the basement of my house with own entrance. It lacks a proper kitchen but has a bench with a fridge/freezer, microwave and kitchen-ware.

This cozy tiny house is located in Utby in northeastern Gothenburg, close to the vibrant city center as well as beautiful nature. It has its own bathroom and the ability to cook simple meals. A small barbeque is available as well. The place is suitable for 1-2 people, but can accommodate more. Facing a large yard with apple and plum trees as well as berry bushes makes it the perfect getaway place all year around.
