Spacious 3-bedroom loft apartment. Safe and quiet location. Close to Mango Inn resort and ca. 8 min. walk to the main dock/center of town. AC in each bedroom, Starlink internet, laundry area and a big outdoor space with bbq, Pizza oven and a pool. With all the space there is the possibility to add extra beds and with our 3-bedroom loft apartment next door, we can host really big groups.

Beach Sunset Studio - Amazing location!

The Beach Sunset Studio, part of the Paradise Regained properties is a simple, self-contained retreat, has panoramic views of the amazing sunset on the Caribbean ocean, access to the Paradise Regained beachfront and some of Utila's best reefs, excellent snorkeling and a saltwater swimming pool. With beach chairs available and our beach gazebo with hammocks & Adirondack rocking chairs, you might not want to leave. But if you do, it's just a 15 minute walk to the center of town.

Blue Dream Lagoon apartment

This spacious 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment is located in a home built in Honduran style in the exclusive TradeWinds neighborhood and is surrounded by a protected mangrove garden. It is all about simplicity and nature! The shoreline is less than 50 yards away! And town is within 15 minutes walking distance. This apartment is ideal for 1 or 2 couples. Double beds, full kitchen amenities, AC in the master bedroom, hot water showers and Wi-Fi will make you feel at home.

Kick back and relax in this beautiful, clean, stylish space. We have tried to provide you with the essential amenities to make your stay very enjoyable. However, due to the high cost of electricity on the island we ask that you please turn off the AC when you’re out touring/cruising the island. We provide the necessary amount of power to ensure you are comfortable (10KW per 24hr) however, should you exceed this we will charge the going rate per each KW used after that.

All the restaurants, bars and party spots are very close, you will not need a taxi or moto or car from this place. The apartment is fully furnished with all the amenities for you to have a comfortable stay, with every kitchen utensils that you could need.

Casa Colorada - in the Heart of an Island Paradise

Casa Colorada is located on the Utila Cays, just 20 minutes by boat from Utila. The apartment is facing the ocean and is located in the ground floor of the house with direct access to the ocean. The ambiance of the property invites to relax in a hammock, sunbathe, go snorkeling or swimming and to enjoy quiet evenings around the fire pit. Moreover the property is close to local restaurants and convenience stores.

Hollywood is in the 4 level of the building (The Hummingbird) situated in the tranquil Pumpkin Hill, Utila's highest area. Our vacation home provides an ideal sanctuary for families, couples, or solo travelers in search of relaxation and comfort. The building includes a pool and shared recreational area where you can unwind and enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
