Relax, swim and walk around this beautiful farmstay on 150 acres. panoramic mountain and river views from every window. The Poolhouse has been upgraded with a new Spa and new Fireplace. Pls note there is a friendly Labrador and toy poodle that wander the farm. Polehouse Cottage

Sit back and enjoy a sunset over the best view in the Hunter Valley with a glass of wine, or treat yourself to a dip in your own private spa. The Polehouse cottage, located on a large rural property is a relaxing way to escape the rush of modern day life. It has 2 bedrooms consisting of 1 king and 1 queen bed. Features include a private deck, spa, BBQ and fireplace. Firewood is provided between May and September to keep the cottage warm in the evenings.

Three Rivers Rest

Three Rivers Rest, is a restored 100yr old house in the historical town of Dungog, in the Hunter Valley and base of the Barrington Tops. This three bed house is pet friendly & perfect for up to two families or couples to ride, relax and enjoy the views of the Cooreei Hills. Close to The Common mountain bike tracks and a stroll to Dungog's emerging arts scene, historical James Theatre, Tin Shed Brewery, cafes, restaurants and boutiques.
