Fairly new cottage situated on a rural property with beautiful valley and sunset views (picnic set provided to viewing).Shared non-heated swimming pool located at the front of host's house next door. Surrounded by abundant wildlife (see photos). Vineyards and numerous golf courses in short distance, local wine tours operators are available . . Local 'watering hole' across the road, but not in viewing distance. Continental breakfast items provided. Beds adjustable such as double to two singles.

The Cottage - Berry House

Nestled among old heritage gardens on 5 acres near Morpeth in the Hunter Valley, this gorgeous cottage is part of the Berry House Estate built in 1857. Cosy up and unwind, or explore the broader Hunter Valley. The self contained cottage (converted servants quarters), is your own little oasis within the broader grounds of Berry House. Use the pool and sauna, explore the gardens, collect some farm fresh eggs, feed the sheep or just chill. Delightful spot for kids with friendly cat and two dogs.

The Gallery Cabin

The Gallery will inspire you with the stunning views and closeness to nature, you can expect to wake up to Kangaroos lazing around waiting for you to feed them, or even a surprise as the Kookaburras sit on the bird feeder outside your bedroom window. If you just want to escape the daily grind this is the perfect place to relax. The Gallery is an Eco Designed cabin with 2 bedrooms and will comfortably accommodate 4 people. “The Pool House” is a pet friendly modern one bedroom guest house & pool for guests exclusive use at the rear of the main dwelling one street back from the waterfront at Port Stephens, Australia’s Blue Water Paradise. The waterfront reserve is a 2 min walk away, continue along the foreshore and in 10 min you can be in the hub of Lemon Tree Passage where you will find the boat launching ramp, park, tidal pool, Marina, Laundromat, Cafés/Restaurants, Post Office, Chemist, Butchers & Bottle Shop!
