House of Blue: A cozy & convenient 2 bedroom.

House of Blue is a cottage on our property offering two queen bedrooms & 1.5 baths. The outdoor area features front porch seating, back deck seating, fire pit, picnic table, optional grill & plenty of lighting at night. Please note: There are stairs to enter home and there may be noise from vehicles passing by as we are on a busy road. Our home is convenient to Combine Academy, the hospital, drivable to downtown & many wedding venues. It’s a mile to Hwy 321, 20 mins to I-85 & 20 mins to I-40.

You will love your stay at Sycamore House located in the downtown area of Lincolnton, NC. This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, property features modern furnishings that makes for an easy stay in this area. Shopping, dining, a small park, & walking trail all are within blocks of Sycamore House. South Mountain State Park is a short 30 mins away & offers hiking, biking & horseback riding trails. Private cozy lake home with indoor pool!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Secluded home yet close to town. Nestled in a quiet cove right off the main channel on Lake Hickory. It has a heated indoor pool so even in the winter time you can enjoy the water with view of the lake. There is a dock as well. So if you happen to want to enjoy the lake, you can. The house has its own boat ramp so if you want to bring your own boat you can. If not there are places to rent them from. Hope you come and enjoy our piece of paradise.
