The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. Cottage in Bute Park

Once part of the farm belonging to the Marquess of Bute. Close to the city centre, Cardiff Uni, Bute Park and Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. If you like the unusual you should love this cottage because of the location and quirky old fashioned charm of the place. It suits families, visiting academics and small groups. Good WIFI. I am soon to remove the sofa bed downstairs -. Please feel free to enjoy the paved area and lawn outside the front door. See other things to note below.

City hot tub stag house nr city centre & games rm

A great choice for a city centre stag-do for up to 19 people. The location is fantastically convenient - only 10 minutes walk to Cardiff city centre with its array of bars, clubs and shops. The house has a hot tub and outside social area, while inside the spacious ground floor offers a TV and a fully loaded games room. Lots of extra space including five bedrooms, two toilet/shower rooms, a downstairs toilet and a small kitchen/dining room. It also offers the bonus of on-site paid parking.

Large Townhouse - Cardiff Bay 10 mins to town

Our 3 storey townhouse is a 5 minute walk to the Ice Stadium and whitewater rafting centre, a 30 minute walk to the centre of the Bay and a 10 minute drive into Cardiff with good public transport links (direct buses into the centre of Cardiff every 30 minutes, which take approx 25 mins). Having undergone a full renovation to a high specification the house sleeps 9 very comfortably with 3 double rooms (downstairs kingcan be made up as 2 singles if needed) and a triple bunk.
